We’re looking for an experienced barista to join our café team. Our shop has been part of the community for many years, and we take pride in great coffee, thoughtful food, and warm hospitality.

We’re seeking someone who is confident behind the bar, enjoys working with people, and can help create a smooth, positive environment during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso drinks and brewed coffee with consistency and care
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and workspace
• Work collaboratively with the café team during busy service
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed

• Previous barista or specialty coffee experience
• Comfort dialing in espresso and maintaining drink quality during high volume
• Strong hospitality instincts and a team-oriented mindset

Assistant Manager-Downtown Augusta Location

We’re looking for a dependable, positive Assistant Manager to help lead our café team and create a welcoming environment for both staff and guests.

Our café has been part of the community for 20 years, and we’re proud of the quality of our coffee, food, and hospitality. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized during busy shifts, and helping a team do their best work.

Responsibilities

• Support daily café operations and opening/closing procedures

• Help supervise and support baristas and kitchen staff

• Maintain a warm, friendly guest experience

• Assist with ordering, training, and shift leadership

• Help keep the café clean, organized, and running smoothly

What we’re looking for

• Prior café, restaurant, or hospitality experience

• A calm, steady presence during busy periods

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
